Most people cannot explain what i do with them, they just know it works. I sometimes struggle to explain it too, its a dance of creation. I don’t have a cookie cutter approach, its all bespoke. Like buying a tailored outfit, I work with you, based on your needs.
Here’s some language to explain some of the skills that i may stack together. It is not limited to these but let’s you see some of my hats

Whatever you want, you can have. As long as you are able to see past your own limitations. I coach you to help you see what you aren’t seeing and to take actions to create whatever you want.
Sometimes I provide solutions to specific challenges and desires. I provide solutions based on what i believe will support your growth
I also allow you to ask me anything and to tell you what has worked for me in order for you to model it and replicate the results in your own world.
My voice is my powertool, I will often guide a meditation, or use specific words, tones, speeds, questions, and spaces to direct the flow of energy and create insights. I have mastery over guiding a conversation to ignite insight and change someone’s energy instantly
I tell stories, I teach the science and I keep it easy to understand. I am told that i make complicated simple and practical. I am encouraging the insights to appear through my teachings. They are unique to me, and i am not attached to them. Teaching is a tool to spark new ways of seeing the world
Using the physiology and nervous system as a tool. Practically not theoretically like a neuroscientist. Breathe, body, foods, habits, people, thoughts, environment etc.
What drains and what creates life giving fuel. Not just driving the ferrari, but being a master mechanic so it hums sweetly. I show people how to do this.
Ask my clients, i am full of creativity, i will throw them challenges that neither of us imagined. It comes from my intuition and i trust that place. This magick is way more powerful than logic, because its practical and can be felt, rather than thought about.
