The Goldilocks Zone of Energy

Who doesn’t love the Goldilocks and the Three Bears story.

Unless you like your bed hard or soft, that is.

For over a year, I slept on the floor. Hard wooden floor.

It worked wonders for my back, for my energy.
However, I stopped when I went travelling.

A few things stopped when I went travelling, and routine was broken.

But then, I worked to find my goldilocks energy zone again — by going to a gym in any location I was.
Finding the spinach and hunting it down like Popeye with a cocaine addiction.

Some addictions are good, if they are:

  1. Creating lifeforce energy
  2. Cleaning dirty/stuck energy, like a dish that is dirty (it’s why we shower — we need cleaning too)
  3. Creating stability in the mind, which doesn’t like too much instability

I have been doing yoga every day, in some form or another, for the past 10 years now.

It’s my stability.
It’s my goldilocks energy creator.

Sometimes fiery, sometimes tantrik, sometimes different.

I know what I need now, like a chemist with the drug doses, to ease the body.

In the end, we are this — we are chemicals, and we are chemists.

We can find that goldilocks energy zone, that balance.

Which in yoga, we call Sama-DHI.

This mystical state is often chased by spiritualists, finding gurus, calling people like me guru.

In the end, a true guru will show the person how to experience something, not theorise on it.

We can all desire to be balanced, harmonious, blissful, wealthy, have mind-blowing relationships, have confidence with our voices.

But it never, ever comes from beating ourselves up, or learning theory.

And it doesn’t come from the typical personal development angle of “YOU MUST PRACTICE.”

Tell an anxious, annoyed, tired, or upset person to be their best by just telling them theory, or telling them to “JUST DO IT.”

This is stupid coaches in my head.
Stupid, plain, uneducated, lacking mastery.
Who spit theory, or say just do it.

The missing link is… drum roll…

Lifeforce.

Because lifeforce is like drugs.
It’s the literal feeling of life.

I have tried matcha teas, plant medicine, sexual experiences, alcohols, thrill-seeking, riding bikes as fast as I can, earning money.

None of it comes close to the feeling lifeforce gives.

But…

Only…

When it’s in a state of union with absolute observation.

This is what we call Sat‑Chit‑Ananda.

Total unification of presence, clarity, high energy, high presence.
Full power. High voltage.

It’s the goldilocks zone.

Ok, maybe theory now.

So let’s get into how you experience it.

You may be experiencing it by reading this — this is what working with me 1‑1 is like.
I say things to someone so directly, so intuitively, that it gives them the experience.

Sometimes, I give them assignments, so they can experience it.

Most of the time… I see where they are off in energy.

The bed is too hard, or too soft.

The energy is too introspective, or too go‑go‑go‑go‑go.

The chasing of the high, or the attachment to the low.

High lifeforce is great. It’s ecstasy.

However, high lifeforce + highest awareness, intermingling into a soup of whirling heart, dancing, speaking, power, confidence, absolute clarity…

Is what athletes call “in the zone.”

It’s why yogis stop caring about anything and sit in the mountains.

It’s why a couple can have total chemistry and nothing else matters — no “are they like me, do we have similar interests.”

None of this matters.
This logical way to find a partner, to choose a job, to choose a path…

All of that is mind stuff.
Noise.

The lifeforce mixed with intuitive awareness tells you what to do, what is true, what is blue and what is glue.

Glue is sticky and messy.
Glued to the bed, unable to move.

Glue can also be useful when you want to stick things together.

So the problem isn’t the glue — it’s the way you unify with it.

Consciously or unconsciously.
Stuck, or sticking things together.

Two different concepts, right?

Now, I confuse people with my writing a lot of the time.

Mind hates that.

But then the weaver comes.

Like the rage before the calm.

The weaver is this:

Do whatever you’ve got to do to master your state of operating.

To slow it down, but not be a sloth.

To fire it up, but not be an erratic mess — emotionally reacting to everyone, then acting like it’s “me.”

Unified is the state that trumps all.


And here’s the message — the one I want you to walk away with.

Your life is not asking you to be perfect.
It’s asking you to find your goldilocks zone — your personal recipe of lifeforce + awareness.

Not too soft.
Not too hard.
Not too slow.
Not too fast.

Just right.

Just you.

Just alive.

And the moment you learn to tune your energy — like a chemist, like a yogi, like an athlete in the zone — everything becomes simpler:

Your relationships.
Your decisions.
Your confidence.
Your clarity.
Your purpose.
Your peace.

Because you’re no longer living from mind.

You’re living from the very scientific nature of life.

Which is unified. And nature never lies.

One action you can take to embody this.

Is to simply not eat until you are very hungry, eat clean foods, enjoy the pleasure of the food, the texture.

And then do one thing, do not attach to it either. Witness, feeling.

Witness yourself, as a lifeforce, consuming lifeforce, in an earth of lifeforce, surrounded by other lifeforces, elemental lifeforces, and organs inside that help to digest that lifeforce.

Now do this with everything else, not just food. And see what happens.
